Screen in unity

preparing new ui workshop for meself, started with screen generator so i can have accurate rendering for beauty shots
basically a component will output what ui camera renders onto this surface that ideally should look like real screen
used Ash Torp's ui http://ashthorp.com/total-recall as a background and a screenshot from fallout 4
